標題拒絕信-Academic requirements not met (德國)

後來隔了一個多月，學校回信了...
原因是理論課程學分不足

正文：
想要請問大家有沒有人遇過這個問題～～
最近收到了University of Stuttgart CS的拒絕信
但是不太懂系統裡面給的理由...
申請文件好像都沒有打開來看過就直接發了拒絕信
理由是Academic entry requirements not met？？？
我覺得很奇怪，因為我是本科系學生，大學是資工系也已經畢業了
還有提到一個State Higher Education Act (LHG)不知道這是什麼東西？？
下面是拒絕信片段
