[請益] 鋸棕櫚(Saw Palmetto) 抗雄? 抗雌?

最近在網路上找了一下鋸棕櫚(Saw Palmetto)的資料
竟然看到不少文章提到他是抗雌激素，不是抗雄激素
反而會降低體內雌激素水平‧‧‧
下面我貼了兩篇取出重點，想確認一下，是我英文不好，誤會了嗎?

我現在正是使用白高顆跟鋸棕櫚‧‧‧
我還沒有決心完全跨出去看醫生甚至使用安德卡
只想讓自己往女性化緩慢變化
如果鋸棕櫚(Saw Palmetto)真的是抗雌不是抗雄
有其他不這麼兇狠的抗雄可以推薦嗎?

Saw palmetto extract is an extract of the fruit of the saw palmetto. It is
marketed as a treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), but reviews
of clinical trials, including those conducted by the National Center for
Complementary and Alternative Medicine, found it ineffective for this
purpose.[1]

Saw palmetto extract may decrease the effectiveness of estrogen products by
reducing estrogen levels in the body via its antiestrogenic effects.[12] It
can interfere with the use of birth control pills that contain estrogen as an
active ingredient.

In addition, saw palmetto extract can also interfere with hormone replacement
therapy by reducing the effectiveness of estrogen pills.

Saw palmetto is of significance to both men and women because it has an
