mins of struggling, reveal the picture which allows the teams to build it
faster.


Each team has 5 minutes to try to build the puzzle without the aid of the
picture guide

After 5 minutes, reveal picture guide and give 5 more minutes for them to
finish the puzzle
The key learning here is that without a clear understanding of what your
objectives are, then you will have the challenge of achieving them.

This is a metaphor wherein you must seek to understand your customer, before
you recommend proposals.
