Nature is "everything there is," so that culture is ultimately a part of nature, and even when we are
destroying nature, nature is destroying itself through us, its part.
Conversely (what we understand by) “nature” is always a social-
cultural category: what appears to us as "natural" is always
overdetermined by the predominant ideological frame.
