另一半通常不會主動提起或是與你一同討論，
通常東方人對於這方面還是比較害羞隱誨的(羞)，
若是沒有正常清潔「包皮過長」的狀態會讓感染機率大增！

可以通過以下幾點觀察男伴有沒有包皮過長的狀況：
(1)與男生性行為時是否可以看到勃起後的龜頭，龜頭通常呈現粉色而且可以直接
看到男生尿道裂口
(2)可以看見男生龜頭後的冠狀溝，並且不會有一層皮覆蓋住龜頭
(3)射精時是射出來不是流出來，距離不一樣

(4)另一半在性行為一段時間後表示最近感到下體不適甚至感染有過多分泌物等
若有上述狀況，就要注意雙方的「性福健康」問題囉！

只要適當清潔，割包皮不是必須動的手術，
每日洗澡時確實將包皮退開露出龜頭及冠狀溝來清潔，
將積累於內的尿液及分泌物清潔移除並擦乾保持乾燥，
就可以避免因包皮過長引起的感染不適狀態哦！
