什麼是flat fare?

Passengers have to pay the taxi a flat fare for a trip.

請問flat fare 是什麼阿？
又跟flat有什麼關係呢？

flat fare  是指統一的費用..統一收費..統一價錢

flat在此是"一律"的意思
