因為在轉錄 (transcription) ，即合成 mRNA 的過程中，含有三個 phosphate group
的核糖核酸 (ribonucleotide) 會跟去氧核糖核酸以氫鍵結合。
你知道base pair是complementary的吧? 在 RNA 裡是 A-U (uracil) 跟 C-G。
所以 incorporated into RNA 在這裡是轉錄作用「合成」 RNA 的意思。
而錯誤應是指 single strand RNA 從 DNA template 複製過來時 nucleotide
複製錯了 (例如: 本來是 A->U 結果變成 A->C。錯誤的 sequence 嚴重的話
會造成 splicing 的錯誤甚至是 protein product 生不出來啊 XD)
