pollybagged 指的是用 polybag 包著
（也就是雜誌外面有包層膠膜封起來）
比較常見的拼法是 polybagged
不過，因為這封信同時提到刊物與廣告
所以他問的可能是雜誌的出刊方式
是 stand-alone（獨立出刊）
或是 pollybagged with an issue（和某某期刊包在一起出刊）
也可能是廣告刊登的方式
是 a stand alone section（獨立一個廣告區）
或是 pollybagged（印在廣告紙上，跟雜誌包在一起）
