今天幾個比較不熟的case
之前有學長PO有Flash動畫圖的那個網站不見了
所以我自己去找了一下找到該怎麼移位

Category選一下Defense
Name就選這幾個我們比較不熟的case
"Definite double lf gap"
"Definite double rf gap"
"Single cf (throw home)"
"Single lf (throw home)"
"Single rcf (throw home)"
內野手一定要看一下
還有一件很重要的事
我覺得練整體守備的時候一定要有人跑壘（就算只有一個人可以跑也要跑）
累了就輪流跑也無不可，頂多打球的人就不要打那個不是專職位置的人就好了
如果沒有人跑壘會有幾個缺點
一、沒有臨場感，只能靠自己想像，不真實，且沒有機會練到守備亂掉的時候怎麼處理
二、原本唯一可以練習跑壘的機會，會就此之後完全沒有
相當重要
拜託各位不要太保守了
那個網站的"Outfield gunners" chapter這樣寫著：
This drill works outfielders throwing runners out at home.
Coach will hit bloopers, line drives and grounders right at outfielders and
in between them.
It also is a base running drill as runners have to judge whether the ball
will drop and then execute a good base running maneuver to score from 2nd.
Early in the season I run it as a conditioning drill and instruct runners to
try and score on all balls that drop. Later, I introduce a 3rd base coach who
will sometimes hold the runner.
