懶得推文~~跟大家分享一下討債的功力。
以前剛畢業(其實也沒多久ㄏㄏ),都是靠翻譯社接case..
基本上錢都可以收的到..只是早晚的問題。
之後出徠跑單幫,我們這種沒背景沒老師罩的,常常會被欺負。
不是款項拖很久(特別是公家機關)
就是都交件或是做完口譯在跟你砍價錢 (特別是中小企業)
然後再跟我說:『少年仔,以後會在多介紹人客給妳之類的..blabla』
所以之後養成一定要『白紙黑字』,沒有哪種口頭協定的。
我也會自備一份簡易的合約。

講到討債,楓葉仔大大,既然有簽合約就好辦。
如果是公家機關,直接跟上級投訴,或是直接寄存證信函。
如果是私人機構,直接找勞工局也是可以辦理。
或是直接寄存證信函。

I remember once in Las Vegas I was arguing with a hotel frontdesk staff.
We paid $99 for a room package and it had been charged beforehand, yet when we
arrived at the hotel, they insisted I didn't register at all because they
simply did not have my name in their computer. And I said only idiots would
give up a package like that when he or she clicked the "pay" button online.
I spent an hour or so holding the phone with her. She repeated more than
10 times "Sorry Ma'me, I can't do that for you." and eventually I said,
"Then hand me to your supervisor. If you are not entitled to do that for me,
find someone who can."
And once I got to speak to her supervisor, things just worked out.
So why not just talk to his "上級機關"?!
There's nothing to lose anyway.
