有鑑於近來媒體大肆報導負面社會新聞的現象(憂鬱症、自殺、詐騙、千面人事件、黑道葬禮等等)，討論台灣新聞媒體的自律與責任還有此類報導對社會產生的影響。
Regarding to the recent phenomenon of over-reporting on bad social events, (melancholia, suicide, deception, poisonous energy-drink, gangster's funeral, etc.) discuss the self-discipline and moral responsibility of our news media and the influence of those reports.
