原本美中的關係是以台灣海峽為分界，大陸要朝台灣進逼，美國則要防止大陸向東擴
張，所以像在玩西洋棋（象棋）：中間一條分隔線（楚河漢界）。

後來的情勢改變了，中國制定反分裂法彷彿在形式上已經把台灣納入其版圖，而美國
朝歐洲方向發展尋找盟邦，彷彿有意夾抄大陸，看起來就像在玩圍棋（美國想把中國
大陸圍起來）。
