既然是問卷調查 那我猜想這應該是提供他們選的"答案"吧？

所以我把這個句子理解為：


The options to athlets being grouped into the same class or not consist

of "No, none of them," "Yes, some of them," and "Yes, all of them."


"依序"在這裡不具特殊意義(ex.由多到少)  故略過
