請問running royalties要怎麼翻？
有持續/連續版稅這種翻法嗎？
段落是這樣的：
The receipt or acceptance by Licensor of any of the financial statements
provided pursuant to this agreement or of anylicense fees or running
royalties paid shall not preclude licensor from questioning the accuracy
thereof at anytime.
翻譯：
由授權人於此協議下之任何財務報表或任何授權費用或已支付之持續版稅，
所有之收據或承兌，授權人有權於任何時間詢問其正確性。
總覺得翻的不好 >_<

不過我不知道解你了解的意思跟我要表達的是否一樣，所以還是說明一下好了。 :P
這句話所要表達的意思，明白的說，就是：
縱使授權人已收受或承認被授權人給的東西（財報、授權費等），授權人仍舊可以針對
所收受或承認之物的正確性向被授權人表示疑問。
即：The receipt or acceptance of XXX by Licensor shall not preclude licensor
from questioning the accuracy there of at anytime.
你的譯文並沒有把這個意思表達出來，所以我說你應該要整段重譯。
