只寫說聯盟願意把QO補償選秀籤這規定取消

而這篇就直接寫到，聯盟是直接提議廢掉QO了


內文提到的資方近期提案

‧ The elimination of the current qualifying offer system, which would remove Dr

取消QO制度

‧ A Draft lottery similar to the one used by the NBA
上一篇提到的選秀抽籤制度

‧ The universal DH, which would add 15 everyday jobs for hitters in the NL; the
 average salary for a DH in 2021 was $9.2 million
全DH制度

‧ An increase to the minimum player salary
增加底薪

‧ An increase in the CBT threshold
上調豪華稅限
