查原文 #1R5oNhCG (DirectSales)，「邪教」一詞無特定對象，並無「別名影射」情形，
其發表之言論尚屬合理範圍，亦無「發表顯然違背客觀事實或經科學驗証之言論」情形，
故本板認為，第九條第二項第六款及第十四條第一項第十款兩者均不成立，
全案駁回，不服得逕向組務申訴。
