二、說明
saokie 於文章下 #1R5oNhCG (DirectSales) 下發表之推文，雖無指名對象，
然顯然為挑釁前一推文者 (俗稱樓上)，經當事人檢舉，本板查証屬實，
違反本板使用規範第十一條第一項，依同法第十六至十九條，應處水桶三十日以上、
三百六十五日以下，又其曾違反相同規定未滿一年 (參照 #1QB8z3IX (DirectSales))，
依同法第二十條加重最少處分期之二分之一，處水桶四十五日。
#1R6fCQps (DirectSales) 一案中，關於「發表顯然違背客觀事實或經科學驗証之言論」
一項，該行為人言論雖可議，然其違規情形並不明顯，本次暫不處分。
但行為人在未來若持續發表此類言論且引起公憤，不排除以此規定處分之。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，以站內信與原處分板主溝通。
