damages: 使用者的損失（例如醫藥費）
liable for damages: 對使用者的損失負有賠償責任
arise from: 由...造成
injury: 對使用者健康的傷害
product-related injury: 使用產品後出現的健康傷害
（此處的related是時序上的關係，指在使用產品後，出現的健康傷害）
翻譯：
製造商對於 使用者在使用產品後出現的健康傷害 造成的損失 不承擔賠償責任，
如果對使用者健康的傷害是由不可避免副作用引起的，
儘管產品經過妥善調製、並附有適當的說明和警語。
例如 manufacturer 為保健食品製造商
