I’m honestly angry at myself that I didn’t see this Yu Darvish pitch until
this morning.

I have a deep, endless, undying love for this pitch. It’s 99 miles per hour,
just to start things off — and then he wallops poor Lewis Brinson right in
the beans. Just square in the beans. In the immortal words of Billy Mays:

After careening into Brinson’s beans and causing him to collapse in a heap,
the ball then went on to strike umpire Brian O’Nora in the shoulder, almost
knocking him off his feet too. Just a brutal ricocheting bean shot with
collateral damage the likes of which we’ve rarely ever seen.
在直擊Brinson的該邊後，Brinson就直接倒地不起，而這顆球反彈打到了主審Brian
O'Nora的肩膀，幾乎也讓主審痛到倒地。一個快速球打到該邊再反彈打到旁邊的人就完成
了這次極少見的片段。
