[題目] 一些對等連接詞的文法問題

我不太懂為什麼已經有個so了前面還可以加or連接詞

而且就算只有那個so似乎既不合語意也不合文法

書上詳解說so在這裡是「那樣地」

但我不懂

有人可以幫我清楚解惑這題的文法結構嗎QQ

2.Ms. Nakamura called her cable company to complain about the service, _____ admitted that she did not pay her bills on time.

(A) nor

(B) and

(C) yet

(D) so

Ans: (C)

書上詳解把整句翻譯成

「Nakamura打電話到他的有線電視公司抱怨他們的服務，但是對方認定她沒有準時付她的帳單」

如果有「對方認定」這樣的翻譯

我的理解是那麼admitted主詞應該就是her cable company

而逗號後面就是用關係子句修飾her cable company

所以逗號後面應該是S(her cable company) + V(admitted)...

因此主詞省略

V是主動所以變成分詞admitting

但為什麼這裡是admitted

我有什麼文法理解錯誤嗎QQ
