[問題] windows7備份還原選單消失

Service Pack：1

發生問題頻率：

是否有做Windows Update：Y

問題內容：
備份還原選單完全消失，只剩下標題還在

這是什麼靈異現象

從services.msc裡也找不到windows backup的功能

請問這該如何解決？
