[ W10] 問題無法取得權限的資料夾

Win 10 build 10240
如題有一個資料夾沒有任何權限
無法刪除、編輯、觀察

右鍵security 都顯示不能view跟edit

用
a) Press “Windows Key + Q” to open Charms Bar.
b) Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.
c) On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as
Administrator”.
d) Type “TAKEOWN /F c:\windows\winsxs” without quotes press enter.
Note: Here c:\windows\winsxs is the file location.
e) Type “ICACLS c:\windows\winsxs /grant administrators:F” without quotes
and press enter.
Note: Here c:\windows\winsxs is the file location

D顯示
ERROR: Access is denied.

E顯示
administators: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
Successfully processed 0 files; Failed processing 1 files

最後我重開機就解決問題了，問題一開始是我想覆蓋某個遊戲的資料夾
他跳出需要管理員權限，但是安下確定之後依然覆蓋失敗再次要求權限
取消之後去看那個資料夾發現無法進入，看內容檔案大小正常(3gb)，
但是安全性內容顯示無法瀏覽修改擁有者，，但是重開機那個資料夾就消失了
