若發表Windows 10問題文章 沒有將版本號打到文章內者 一律刪文處理



作業系統：win10

Service Pack：
版本1607

發生問題頻率：
很少


是否有做Windows Update：有

問題內容：


想請問大大，上網都沒問題

想用windows update 更新，卻老是一直失敗，這可能是哪裡出了問題呢?

顯示錯誤 0x80070490
