作業系統：windows 10 1803
是否有做Windows Update：剛UPDATE成1803
問題內容：
更新完後發現smartget無法下載檔案…會出現cannot allocate socket的訊息
試過從1.52-1.54版，也試過不同的下載檔案…
GOOGLE過但好像都找不到相關文章?
求高手解答~~感謝！
