smallpenguin發表之賣屋文 #1VCoNP50 (home-sale)，顯未善盡查詢實價登錄資料之義務
，經本板屢次警告而無效，依違反本板使用規範第八條第三項處斷，
且先前已於#1UbUQoqf (home-sale)處分在案至今未滿一年，依同法第二十條第一項，
加重處分至水桶二十八日、文章砍除。
