凡文章內容徵求以下事項者，屬第十五條第一項第九款所稱之重大違規行為：
一、徵求身體或精神上的施虐或受虐對象者。
二、徵求他人以拳頭或鞭子等其他武器攻擊自己者。
三、徵求他人提供排泄物或分泌物給與自己者。
四、徵求他人提供二手衣物給與自己者。
五、以個人名義徵求特定身體部位之按摩或按摩對象者。
六、以個人名義徵求特定身體部位之Model，且未詳實敘述其目的者。
七、其它未盡事宜，經本板認定為違反善良風俗之徵求事項者。
八、文章內容未有以上情形，但經使用者檢舉實際上有第一至第七款情形者。
符合前項之要件者，應處水桶十年以上、併科退文、列入本板黑名單。
前項所稱之黑名單，依本板板規第二十二條與#1P4V0Smg (part-time)之規定處分，
該使用者所持有之帳號於本板全數水桶至系統上限限制、發表之文章全數退文。
本公告即刻生效。
