二、說明
mandy1121發表共乘之徵求文章，若酬勞視為燃料費之補貼，則視為「非關工作內容」，
違反本板使用規範第十四條第一項第五款第九目；若酬勞視為乘車費，
則駕駛人有違反公路法第七十七條第二項之虞，該文章則以「工作內容不合現行法規」
論斷，該當違反本板使用規範第十四條第一項第二款第七目；
上開兩者依#1RZJaRJ1 (part-time)第九條第三、六目之標準，
均應處水桶三百六十五日併科退文。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板發文申訴。
