二、說明
muton發表工資顯低於法定標準之徵才文，違反本板使用規範第十四條第一項
第一款第一目，依#1RZJaRJ1 (part-time)第八款第一目標準，
處水桶一百八十日、併科退文。
JOYSHAN發表國定假日工資未依法規之徵才文，違反本板使用規範第十四條第一項
第一款第二目，依#1RZJaRJ1 (part-time)第八款第一目標準，
處水桶一百八十日、併科退文。
2019/04/08 00:14 補充說明：
經重新檢視 JOYSHAN 之原文，發現其工資項目所填寫之方式尚屬合理範圍，
本板一時不察造成誤判，予以撤銷原處分，謹此致歉。
三、申訴救濟
若不服本判決，得表明理由，至 part-timeBM 板發文申訴。
