為避免再發生類於#1Pw2HgGM (part-time)的事件，
擬將注意類文章增加規範，大致方向如下：
0. 同一人對同一事件只能發表一篇。
1. 發表後滿七日(一百六十八小時)內，不得申請刪除。
2. 比照徵才文章，不能清空內容，只能增加項目。
